From High School to Higher Ed: Navigating College with ADHD
workshop—a transformative experience designed to equip parents and students with effective strategies for a smooth transition to college life.

Navigating the college transition can be overwhelming and stressful for both parents and students.

With so much at stake, it's crucial to be prepared and equipped with the right tools and strategies to set your child up for success.

  • I earned my coaching certification through the ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy). I earned my M.Ed. from George Washington University in Secondary Education in English and English as a Second Language, and hold an undergraduate degree from Davidson College.

I’m a mom of two spirited young adults - one diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 5, and live with my husband in Charlotte, North Carolina.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my rescue dogs, Kobe and Tiger.

With my and my son’s experience with ADHD, I have experience with it from the child, parent, and student lense.

Hi, I’m Berkeley Gardner.

I’m an ADHD coach and I can help you navigate a path forward with your child’s ADHD.

I’ve worked with clients with ADHD for more than 25 years, and have developed proven frameworks to help ADHD-ers identify their strengths, craft strategies to manage challenges like timeblindness and executive dysfunction, all while living their best lives.

I know how difficult having adult ADHD can be. Like 8 million other Americans, I have ADHD too.

I know firsthand how it feels!

In my From High School to Higher Ed: Navigating College with ADHD Workshop, I've curated a wealth of knowledge and expertise to provide you with a roadmap to college success.

The workshop is designed to address the most pressing concerns and challenges faced by parents and students, offering practical solutions and valuable insights every step of the way.

Our kids the minute they graduate from high school, right!?
